Truly an oasis in the city of Portland, the Japanese Garden is filled with a lush landscaping offering natural serenity. This is a haven of meticulously maintained, tranquil beauty. Proclaimed one of the most authentic Japanese gardens outside of Japan, the 5.5-acre space includes an authentic Japanese tea house, meandering streams, intimate walkways and an unsurpassed view of Mount Hood.
I highly recommend a visit if you make it to Portland. You can stroll along the pond and tea gardens. It’s just so peaceful here. If you’re looking for inspiration or a place to reflect, or simply to capture some natural beauty, this is the spot! Here are a few images that I took from my visit.
